01. The Project
Installation of Intrusion Detection System, at Camp Bondsteel (CBS), Kosovo, Contract # W912-SRI 9-P-0031, dated September 18th, 2019.
02. The Solution
This project involved supply and installation of the components and necessary electronic elements for the system, including monitoring station, buried sensor cable and microwave transmitters and receivers to make the system fully operational.
The Area Support Group Balkans (ASS-G) / Directorate of Public Works (DPW) has no hesitation considering TENZOR I.S.S. for future efforts. – John Prince
03. The Result
TENZOR I.S.S. superbly demonstrated their high standards, professionalism, and technical capability; completing and exceeding contract requirements. Exemplified by their review of design documents and noting of omitted components prior to execution start. Similarly, upon project completion an installed microwave pole was damaged by CBS Staff and TENZOR I.S.S. responded immediately repairing occurring damage ensuring a fully operational system.
The COVID-19 pandemic negatively impacted the original schedule through measures such as two base lockdowns, limited site access, and additional safety measures. Even so, TENZOR I.S.S. adapted providing schedule flexibility. adjusting to necessary procedure changes. and continued to maintain scheduled productivity through the project’s duration. Thus, the project completed was within the expected schedule.
